Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened and unused socks or sleeves within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Socks or sleeves that have been tried on can not be returned. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. After the item/items are returned and delivered, the cost of the item/items will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping. Orders that are refused are not refundable.

All apparel is final sale.

Refunds will not be issued in the event that the customer has provided us with an incorrect shipping address. Replacement orders will not be issued.

Returned items will be refund in 2 to 4 weeks after being delivered back to us, However in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send it to the proper address below and include your name and order number in the return envelope. Please mark the shipment as a return with a customs value of $0.

Warranty

Pure Grip Socks are warrantied against any manufacturing defects for a period of 30 Days (Socks that have a defect when brand new). Please contact us at info@puregripsocks.com for any defect issues. 

What is not covered:

Socks breaking due to someone stepping on them, contact/collisions during play, not wearing the socks in footwear as intended, and improper washing or drying of the socks.

Shipping

During holidays you may experience shipping delays in your country.

We ship Worldwide. Shipping times vary by location. Below are Estimated shipping times for our STANDARD TRACKED shipping. All economy shipments are sent USPS and transferred to your countries postal service for delivery.

USA - 7-12 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)   
Canada - 7-12 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 
UK - 7-35 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 
Most of Europe - 7-35 Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 
Rest of the World 7-35 Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 

Expedited Shipping USA  3-7 business days

DHL EXPRESS USA 1-3 business days

Free standard tracked shipping will automatically be applied to orders of $50 USD or more before tax is applied to the following countries:

USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan & Singapore.

If shopping in a different currency, free standard tracked shipping will be applied at a converted amount equivalent to $50 USD. Expedited shipping will still be available at an additional cost.  

Please note every country has different duties and taxes which may or may not be incurred on your order.

Any shipment that is refused for non payment of Duties and Taxes are not eligible for a refund unless the order is returned to our warehouse.

To keep shipping costs down we ship everything economy shipping. Orders made on Fridays do not ship until Monday.

Orders made after 1pm EST ship the next business day excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
