Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened and unused socks or sleeves within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Socks or sleeves that have been tried on cannot be returned. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping will not be refunded only the actual cost of the socks ordered unless the socks are defective or as a result of our error.

All apparel is final sale and not returnable.

Refunds will not be issued in the case of the customer providing us with an incorrect shipping address and replacement orders will not be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of receiving your returned order, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply simple send it to the address below and include your name and order number in the return envelope.
